Executives poaching update
Hostile offers where your executive was selected but formal offer was not yet extended are now shown. Motivation: Avoid confusion, where employer thought they are in the cooldown period - however, their executive was already being poached.
If a candidate found by an agency, and you didn't extend the offer yet, accepts a different offer, the candidate will be marked as outdated and you have the option to find a different candidate. Previously, the offer was rejected, leading to confusion, since no offer was even extended.
Note: The poaching cooldown mechanics was not changed. Executives that had a raise or changed job are not selected for poaching by agencies for 4 days. However, the executives may have already been targeted before the cooldown started. In this case you may still receive offers.

Building Auction Update
The PA now acts as your auction agent. He/she automatically bids on your behalf up to the maximum bid you set. (The auction winner, ony pays the amount of the 2nd highest bid: Vickrey Auction)
Motivation: Many players asked for a feature, where the they can set maximum bid and let the PA (agent) bid. Based on academia research, this setup should reflect the true value of buildings more accuratelly. It mitigates the problem of "fat fingers". It also makes auction abuse more difficult.

The Academy Training (execs update - 5th iteration): Combined academy levels of the company now boost skills of the freshly hired candidates, and also boost the effect of trainings. The effect increases with the number of academy levels, but there are deminishing returns on higher levels.
The effect of your executive team impact is reduced by half for combined skill over 60 and by 3/4 for combined skill over 80.
Older executives have a chance of getting a stroke, which reduces their skill.

29nd August - Bonds update (variable restructuring). With the goal of increasing yield of low investment grade bonds. The Sim Companies government decided to reduce the percentage investor gets back on default. This change has no impact on bonds already purchased. In general, the AAA bonds are still covered at 75%, but each rating level down, the coverage decreases by 2%. The C rated bonds are covered at 41%. Coverage is based on the seller rating at the time of bond purchase (not the time of default). In addition to this, the max single company investment limit of 3% is being raised to 5%.
